The Second Edition of our evening, Message in a Bottle will take place Thursday, October 1, 2020 at the iconic Fairmount Le Château Frontenac!
Over 150 guests will be treated to an unforgettably joyous evening where their senses will come alive from the moment they arrive to the time they leave! The evening will consist of tasting carefully selected wines from several celebrated wine regions around the world, savouring signature dishes meticulously concocted by guest chefs of the Fairmount Hotel chain, and participating in an elegant silent auction.
