Juliette and Jacob Stay Safe

The Missing Children’s Network is pleased to present Juliette and Jacob Stay Safe, an interactive booklet that is designed to help parents, guardians and educators foster their children’s safety competence.

Juliette and Jacob Stay Safe is a tool meant to encourage on-going dialogue between caregivers and their children.

Our young protagonists invite you to download the booklet and complete the activities, suggested by the complementary quiz, with your children.

Join Juliette and Jacob in their daily activities in which they encounter situations that reinforce basic safety habits, such as the importance of trusting their instinct, knowing their personal information and finding safe people, all key to their safety, in case of emergency.

Concepts practiced and rehearsed over a period of time increase personal safety in real-life situations.

As part of Autism Awareness Month the Missing Children’s Network is joining the movement to spread kindness and awareness. Over the month of April we will be posting various resources and publications and encourage you to share them.

Presently many youth with autism and their families are being directly impacted by the COVID 19 pandemic. We know many parents and caregivers are looking for ways to explain the current situation to their children and maintaining a routine, while school is out. We would like to share some resources and information to assist you all during these unprecedented times.
